About The People Team

With a presence across all our offices, our People team brings together HR generalists and specialists across HR Management, Capability and Development, Talent Acquisition and HR Support. We are a collaborative and high-performing team, committed to partnering with the business and each other to achieve the best outcomes.


About The Role

We have an opportunity for you to join our People Team as our new HR Coordinator in the HR Support team.


This role will see you provide broad administrative support and coordination across all facets of HR, including:

  • Manage and action requests through the HR Support inbox
  • Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, goal setting and remuneration reviews
  • Provide administrative support for learning and development programs, including training logistics and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) reporting
  • Provide support on summer clerkship and graduate programs
  • Monitor and support visa compliance, including VEVO checks and liaison with external providers
  • Contribute to wellness and engagement initiatives, such as flu vaccinations, skin checks, social events and team communications
  • Support HR projects, policy updates and process improvements
  • Act as a key contact for HR systems, providing guidance and troubleshooting support
  • Maintain accurate people data and prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports


About You

  • Strong administrative support experience in a corporate or professional environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and engaging approach
  • Confidence with HR systems and the ability to pick up new technology quickly
  • Resilience, problem-solving ability and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering excellent client service
