Senior Mobile Application Developer (React Native)

As a Senior Mobile Application Developer, you will play a critical role in modernizing and expanding a mobile app ecosystem across iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for rewriting existing Android apps into React Native and building new applications from the ground up. Your work will directly impact the speed of feature delivery, cross-platform consistency, and overall user experience. Collaborating closely with product and design teams, you will leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, ensure scalability, and maintain a high-quality codebase. This is a hands-on role that combines technical expertise, problem-solving, and innovation within a flexible, remote-friendly environment.

Accountabilities

• Rewrite existing Android applications into React Native, maintaining feature parity and performance
• Develop new features for migrated apps and build new applications from scratch using React Native
• Ensure seamless deployment and functionality across both iOS and Android platforms
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-quality code
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to speed up coding, testing, and deployment workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining strong engineering standards
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions for mobile architecture and best practices
  
  
  

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• 4+ years of hands-on experience delivering production-grade React Native applications
• Strong background in mobile development for both iOS and Android platforms
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript and TypeScript
• Ability to leverage AI-enabled workflows to accelerate development and migration projects
• Experience building performant, scalable, and maintainable front-end applications
• Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, results-oriented mindset
• Nice to have: experience rewriting apps across platforms/frameworks, backend integration knowledge, and experience in lean, fast-paced teams
