We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the development of an innovative early warning system for financial institutions. In this role, you will define product strategy, manage a team of developers, and deliver cutting-edge solutions leveraging Generative AI. You will collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, drive product design, and ensure high-quality outcomes. Accountabilities

  • Lead a team of mid to senior-level developers, providing guidance and mentorship
  • Drive the product development lifecycle from conception to launch
  • Conduct market research and gather user requirements to inform product decisions
  • Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate feedback

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, preferably in AI or fintech projects
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Generative AI technologies and applications
  • Proven ability to lead agile teams and manage complex technical initiatives
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage teams autonomously, and deliver results
  • Strong collaboration and client-facing communication skills
