Enterprise Product Manager - LATAM Farmer Experience

Main Purpose

Join our innovative Product Team dedicated to transforming the agricultural experience for farmers in LATAM. We are building a best-in-class digital ecosystem that prioritizes user needs, delivers integrated solutions, and generates meaningful business impact.

As Enterprise Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of farming by driving product strategy, execution, and stakeholder engagement across the region.

Your Mission will be to:

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products: from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.
• Build product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with farmer needs, business priorities, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with engineers, UX designers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful, user-centered solutions.
• Drive agile best practices, ensuring squads deliver on time, mitigate risks, and measure outcomes.
• Translate complex technical and business concepts into clear communication tailored to diverse audiences.
• Monitor metrics, user feedback, and market trends to continuously optimize product performance and farmer experience.
  
  

Unlock Your Potential with us if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• +7 years of relevant experience as Product Manager, with strong background in product lifecycle management.
• +2 years of experience with Agile development and DevOps practices.
• Proven expertise in leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
• Experience with Design Thinking and user-centered design methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills (advanced English required; Portuguese is a plus).
• Fast learning mindset and adaptability to new tools and environments.
