👥 Your role in the team

• You are responsible for creating high-quality and scalable designs for our Customer Loyalty Solution.
• You continuously design and develop the design of our product (together with the front-end engineers) — creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design ideas.
• You support the project team throughout the entire design process – from the idea through high-fidelity prototypes to implementation.
• In coordination with the product and software development team, you will take care of the user and business requirements.
• You conduct usability tests, analyze the needs of our users, and derive developments for product design accordingly.
• You work closely with our VP of Product to understand and implement user requirements.

Qualifications

• You are familiar with current design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or preferably Figma.
• You have a keen sense for good design and a user-centered mindset.
• You possess strong communication skills to convey complex ideas simply and understandably.
• You bring team spirit, initiative, and a solution-oriented work approach.
• You work very independently and in a structured manner.
• You have basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• You have excellent English skills (German is a plus).

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally in the software or digital sector - experience with digital products and/or SaaS solutions and/or mobile apps is a plus.
