At our Vienna location, we manage our international activities and are looking for a dedicated and experienced R&D project manager to strengthen our team.


The R&D Project Manager will oversee and coordinate research and development projects within the organization. This role involves managing all aspects of R&D activities, ensuring projects align with company goals, timelines, and budgets. The R&D Project Manager will also be responsible for integrating new technologies and solutions into the company's operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage R&D projects from conception through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including R&D professionals and other departments, to ensure effective project execution.
  • Develop and track project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards.
  • Evaluate new technologies and solutions, incorporating them into project processes and business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.


Requirements:

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology Management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in managing projects, ideally in construction or manufacturing industries.


Other Requirements:

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
