A Digital Product Manager (DPM) is a strategic thinker and hands-on builder who drives the creation, evolution, and success of digital products — from apps and platforms to AI-powered services. Positioned at the intersection of strategy, technology, and customer experience, this role focuses on scalable solutions, cross-market collaboration, and continuous innovation to deliver real value.


Your responsabilities as a DPM:


Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision that reflects both business priorities and user needs.
  • Build and maintain a scalable roadmap that works across multiple countries and markets.
  • Ensure that every initiative is aligned with the overall business strategy and growth objectives.


Customer & Market Insights

  • Stay close to consumers, local markets, and technology trends to anticipate needs and opportunities.
  • Combine data-driven insights with local feedback to design solutions that are globally consistent but locally relevant.
  • Identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage.


Agile & Lean Development

  • Apply an MVP-first mindset: build fast, test, learn, and iterate efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and data teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Use agile methodologies to adapt quickly to feedback and market changes.


Product Lifecycle Management

  • Own the full lifecycle: from concept and launch to growth, optimization, and retirement.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for each phase, ensuring performance drives both user satisfaction and business value.
  • Balance innovation with operational excellence to sustain long-term success.


Stakeholder Leadership & Collaboration

  • Act as a bridge between global teams and local markets, fostering strong alignment and collaboration.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations with transparent communication and clear prioritization.
  • Create an environment where feedback and experimentation are encouraged.


Performance & Growth

  • Monitor impact-driven KPIs like adoption, retention, engagement, and NPS.
  • Use data analytics and qualitative feedback to refine and optimize the product continuously.
  • Identify opportunities to scale successful initiatives across markets.


Go-to-Market & Adoption

  • Support launch planning and local adaptation, ensuring smooth adoption across markets.
  • Provide teams with the tools, insights, and training needed to drive impact locally.
  • Continuously adapt the product to meet evolving customer needs and market dynamics.
