Your RoleWe’re on the hunt for a Concept Creative (Digital) with a head full of big ideas and the skills to make them shine across every screen. You’re as comfortable dreaming up the next campaign as you are rolling up your sleeves to design it. Your mission? Craft digital experiences that stop the scroll, spark engagement, and convert curiosity into clicks.
You’ll join our agile digital squad, working with both household names and niche retail heroes. From bold campaign visuals to razor-sharp social content, you’ll shape work that’s not just beautiful—it works.
This is your space to push boundaries, challenge the norm, and create campaigns that actually move people.
What You'll Do- Bring the spark: conceptualize creative campaign ideas and transform them into standout digital assets (think: social, banners, content, landing pages...)
- Design for impact: create assets that pop, always blending beauty with function and keeping the brand story consistent.
- Team up: collaborate with copywriters, marketers, fellow creatives, strategists, and account managers to take ideas from napkin sketch to polished execution.
- Lift others up: mentor junior teammates, helping them level up into digital rockstars.
- Stay curious: keep your radar on for design trends, emerging tools (including AI), and clever new formats—and put them to work.
- Tell visual stories: use typography, composition, and motion to give your designs stopping power.
- Think channel-first: adapt and optimize content for each platform like a pro.
- Own it: manage your projects with confidence, staying open to feedback and iteration.
- Solve beautifully: find smart, creative solutions to every design challenge.
What You'll Bring to the Table- Proven experience as a Concept Creative, Digital Designer, or similar—agency or brand-side.
- A portfolio that shows you can think big and execute beautifully.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma or similar tools.
- A digital-first mindset with an instinct for what works where.
- Clear communication skills for pitching and collaborating.
- Organised, proactive, and hands-on. You make things happen.
- Fluent in English. Dutch and/or French? Big bonus.
Bonus points- Animation or motion graphics skills
- Video editing or simple prototyping chops
- Basic UX know-how
- Love for retail, sustainability, or storytelling
- Experience in a digital content studio or creative agency
