As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in solving complex business problems using advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modelling. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and strategy teams to turn data into insights and actionable solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms
- Analyze large, complex datasets to extract meaningful patterns and trends
- Build data pipelines and automate data workflows in collaboration with engineering teams
- Deliver insights and recommendations through clear storytelling and visualization
- Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for data science to add value
- Continuously monitor model performance and improve existing solutions
- Stay current with emerging tools and technologies in data science and AI
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a Data Scientist or similar role
- Strong programming skills in Python or R
- Experience working with large datasets, SQL, and data wrangling
- Solid foundation in statistics, machine learning, and predictive analytics
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Plotly, etc.)
Desirable (Not Essential):
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
- Background in [industry-specific experience, if relevant]
- Exposure to deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a bonus
