As a Project Manager in Supply Chain, you will spearhead various initiatives focusing on growth, optimisation, processes, and systems. This role offers substantial responsibility and a variety of project types in a dynamic environment.

These are your daily actions

  • Network Focus: Oversee the Supply Chain network comprising Distribution Centers (DCs), Hubs, and Cross-docks across Europe. With multiple DC openings annually, you will manage projects supporting our growth and development.
  • Project Involvement: Engage in initiatives aimed at realising optimal growth and executing the Supply Chain business and change agenda. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is crucial.
  • Goal Realisation: Contribute as an expert to achieve project goals in cost, service levels, and growth, ensuring adherence to scope, time, and budget.

Making a difference at a global top logistics player. That's what you do at Action Supply Chain Support & Processes. Our team is the driving force behind the processes, systems and optimisations within Supply Chain. Challenging, especially when you consider that our Supply Chain network is expanding rapidly. You do that together with fellow project managers, subject matter experts and representatives of the Business. In this position you are a team member of the Project Office department and you report to the Manager Portfolio and Project Office.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Experience in multiple complex projects, preferably in supply chain or retail.
  • At least 3 years in a multidisciplinary, international, fast-growing, and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Experience in large-scale change management and project management.
  • Proficient in professional-level English.
