Technical Lead – SaaS | Helsinki, Finland (Hybrid)

I'm working with a SaaS company based in Helsinki, building cutting-edge solutions that empower businesses across Europe. We're looking for a Technical Lead to join the team and drive technical excellence, mentor engineers, and help scale their platform to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable SaaS solutions.
• Mentor and support a team of talented software engineers.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to align tech with business goals.
• Own architectural decisions and ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team culture.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and bring innovative ideas to the table.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Lead in a SaaS or product-driven environment.
• Strong proficiency in modern web technologies (e.g. React, Typescript, Node.js).
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
