Your Challenge
We’re looking for a hands-on PLM Application Specialist with experience in Siemens Teamcenter and digital manufacturing solutions.
In this role, you’ll be a key player in supporting and developing our PLM environment to enable efficient, digitalized manufacturing processes – from vehicle to industrial contract manufacturing. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering and production teams, acting as a go-to expert in PLM system design, support, and continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities Include The Following
This role is based in Uusikaupunki and requires regular on-site presence. However, you’ll also have the option to work from our DataCity office in Turku, with additional flexibility for remote work.

Your Challenge
We’re looking for a hands-on PLM Application Specialist with experience in Siemens Teamcenter and digital manufacturing solutions.
In this role, you’ll be a key player in supporting and developing our PLM environment to enable efficient, digitalized manufacturing processes – from vehicle to industrial contract manufacturing. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering and production teams, acting as a go-to expert in PLM system design, support, and continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities Include The Following
- User support and training as well as creating methodologies on the usage of all Siemens Teamcenter & Manufacturing Suite applications: NX, NX for Manufacturing & NX Line Designer
- Communication with ICT & application vendors for higher level support
- Ensuring appropriate use of processes, tools and guidelines regarding manufacturing data management
- Development of Siemens Manufacturing Suite application related processes
- Communicating and collaborating with stakeholders and key users on a day-to-day basis
- Supporting projects and management initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter product lifecycle management system
- Knowledge of NX for Manufacturing, Line Designer, NX Motion & NX automation scripting
- Experience in end user support
- Ability to work independently and part of a bigger team following guidelines and schedules
- Good spoken and written English & Finnish language skills.
- Knowledge of Tecnomatix Suite (Process Simulate, Plant Simulation, Virtual Commissioning), Teamcenter & Manufacturing Process Planner
- Knowledge of Catia CAD system
- Previous experience in manufacturing engineering
