Location: Kotka, Finland
Contract: 18 Months, Full-Time, On-Site (rotation may be considered)
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Package Manager to oversee the delivery of temporary and permanent electrical systems for a hyperscale data centre construction project in Kotka. The successful candidate will manage the planning, installation, and execution of electrical packages, ensuring all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with Finnish regulations and EU standards.
This role is critical to supporting construction, testing, and commissioning phases, requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, procurement, and execution of electrical packages on site.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and management of temporary power systems supporting construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with Finnish national electrical regulations and EU standards (Not essential)
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Manage scheduling, budgets, and reporting for electrical works.
- Drive safety standards and ensure adherence to HSE requirements.
- Support commissioning activities and ensure electrical systems are handed over as per specifications.
- Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support during all project phases.
