Project Context :

Our client is developing a next-generation ERP platform.

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to define and specify the front-end user experience of the ERP, built on a C# / Blazor technology stack.

Your Responsibilities :

• Lead the UX research and UI design for the ERP’s front-end modules.
• Define user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to capture functional requirements.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers (C# / Blazor) and business stakeholders to refine specifications.
• Create and maintain design systems and component libraries aligned with Blazor front-end constraints.
• Ensure a responsive, accessible, and intuitive user experience across devices.

Your Profile :

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer in web application or ERP/enterprise software projects.
• Strong skills in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
• Understanding of front-end frameworks and constraints (C#, .NET, Blazor is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English is required; German proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Position based in Switzerland
