As of now, we're looking for a (Junior) Project Analyst (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Supporting management by conducting analyses on performance, profitability and progress of projects including research and cost estimations
- Channelling related communication between Nintendo of Europe’s Finance department as well as Nintendo Corporate Limited (Japan)
- Budgeting, controlling and allocation of costs, handling of invoices in compliance with reporting duties and escalation procedures
- Supporting manpower planning processes
- Maintaining normal function of the project tracking tool (CATS), improving its system structure and correcting of project tracking of staff
Requirements
- Very good command of English
- Japanese at a business-fluent level
- Team-oriented, strong customer focused, excellent conceptual and analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, in particular MS Excel
- Experience with MS Excel VBA, MS Power Query, MS Power Automate and SAP (CATS/ERP) would be a plus
- Affinity and experience with numbers and complex correlations
