We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team in Lithuania and play a key role in supporting our HR function. In this position, you will focus on HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding, employment documentation, HRIS management and office administration. You will work closely with our operations teams across 4 branches, as well as finance, sales, and the technical center, to manage daily HR tasks, drive process improvements and ensure seamless HR services across the business. This position will be based in Vilnius and reporting to HR Manager.
As HR Specialist You WILL
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day HR operations related to recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employment contract and orders administration.
- Maintain accurate employee records in two HRIS systems („Workday" and „Oixio") and assist with data reporting.
- Make changes to employment contract in timely manner.
- Collaborate in recruitment of frontline employees.
- Manage day-to-day office administration tasks such as phone calls, emails, mail, parcels, office supplies, contracts.
- Assist in maintaining Health and Safety requirements together with an external partner.
- Collaborate with Nothern Europe HR team to support initiatives and special projects.
- Organize internal events and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
We want You to HAVE
- 1+ year of work experience in Human Resources field.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS system.
- Knowledge of Lithuanian Labour Code.
- Good English knowledge.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Good organizational, communication, collaboration skills with ability to prioritize tasks.

- 1.5 years fixed-term employment contract (maternity cover).
- Salary 2500 - 2700 Eur gross/month.
