Responsibilities:

• Act as the key liaison between stakeholders and the development team.
• Lead demos, gather feedback, and manage cross-team communication.
• Translate business needs into clear, prioritized tasks for developers.
• Help maintain focus on delivering value – not just features.
• Support the team with ticket creation and scope control.
• Contribute to a culture of trust, quality, and continuous learning.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business analysis, especially in complex or multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience working closely with development teams in agile settings.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• A genuine interest in understanding clients’ business goals and translating them into clear, actionable requirements.
• The ability to challenge ideas constructively and focus on delivering MVPs.

Salary:
