We need a proactive, self-driven problem solver who sees what needs to be done - whether it’s managing projects for clients, optimizing workflows, or making the agency run better as a whole - and takes action.

This isn’t a traditional project management role where you get assigned a budget and just keep things on track. Project management is a big part of the job, but so is improving how we work overall.

We’re a boutique digital marketing agency that works with eCom clients, and right now, things could be running way more efficiently - projects need better oversight, processes need more structure, communication could be clearer, and people need defined roles and growth paths. That’s where you come in.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

📌 Project Management (Client & Internal) - You’ll be actively managing digital marketing projects for our clients and internal initiatives, making sure things are executed on time, at a high level, and with clear accountability.

📌 Fixing inefficiencies - If something is slowing us down, you’ll help identify the problem and work with us to improve it.

📌 Improving processes - You’ll bring structure to how we work so that projects flow smoother, communication is clearer, and things don’t slip through the cracks.

📌 Creating a culture of growth - We want our team to feel like they have a future here, not just a job. You’ll help create career paths, structured feedback, and a sense of purpose in the work we do.

📌 Ensuring people aren’t just busy, but productive - You’ll help define clear KPIs and ensure people understand their goals and how they contribute to the agency’s success.

📌 Building trust and ownership over time - We want to get to the point where you can execute on behalf of leadership without needing constant approval, but that trust will take time to develop. In the beginning, you’ll work closely with the COO & CEO, proving that you understand our vision and can make smart, independent decisions.
