Data & AI Manager (m/f/d)

As Data & AI Manager, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing the Group’s Data & Artificial Intelligence strategy. You will lead initiatives that position data as a strategic asset, enhance decision-making, and accelerate digital transformation through AI.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and promote the Group-wide Data & AI vision and strategy, in alignment with business and IT stakeholders.
- Identify high-value use cases and oversee their implementation (automation, prediction, optimization, etc.).
- Establish and maintain data governance, including quality, security, and compliance.
- Design and evolve a modern data architecture.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners (IT, business units, vendors).
- Conduct technology watch on AI innovations.
Your profile
- Proven experience managing data/AI projects in complex environments.
- Strong command of tools and technologies: Python, SQL, Azure/AWS/GCP, Power BI.
- Strategic mindset, analytical thinking, and business acumen.
- English is required; French or German is an asset.
