Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an experienced Senior Transformation Manager to support the strategic implementation of digital issuance models and infrastructure transformation within the German investment fund market.

This role requires a seasoned leader with proven expertise in large-scale operational transformation, stakeholder management at the C-suite level, and deep knowledge of securities issuance and custody operations.

The successful candidate will take on overall engagement responsibility, steering complex projects with measurable outcomes, and driving cross-functional collaboration across business, legal, and regulatory teams.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Collaborate with Fund Distribution business teams to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.

• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for IT teams.

• Participate in the design, testing, and deployment of IT systems related to fund distribution.

• Support the implementation of dematerialized issuance models for German investment funds, in compliance with the eWpG legal framework.

• Facilitate the integration of FundsDLT as a parallel infrastructure to D7, enabling digital issuance and servicing of investment funds.

• Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory Affairs, and cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Lead communication and market engagement activities to promote dematerialization and incentivize issuer adoption.

• Track, monitor, and report on project milestones, risks, and KPIs (including issuance volumes, vault decommissioning, and digital infrastructure readiness).

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of experience in financial services, with a strong background in operational transformation, CRM, Finance, Operations, Talent, and/or Organizational change.

• Demonstrated success leading complex, large-scale transformation programs with defined outcomes.

• Proven expertise in securities issuance, custody operations, or digital transformation within financial markets.

• Strong understanding of DLT-based platforms, dematerialization processes, and fund lifecycle events.

• Familiarity with German securities law (eWpG) is highly advantageous.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across regulatory, business, and executive environments.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in German or French is an asset.
