Your key responsibilities as a Business Development Manager will include:
- Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to grow our platform and product adoption across the DACH asset management sector.
- Driving pipeline generation and achieving sales targets through structured go-to-market execution and cross-sell initiatives.
- Collaborating closely with marketing and a dedicated BDR team to generate demand and new opportunities.
- Partnering with Client Success Managers to ensure a seamless post-sales experience for clients.
- Bringing client feedback to product teams to influence the roadmap and enhance our offerings.
- You will have an interest in pursuing a career in sales.
- You may have some exposure to sales, business development, or a client-facing role.
- You must be comfortable presenting to stakeholders, pitching solutions to prospective clients, and handling customer negotiations with professionalism and clarity.
- You may have some confidence/experience in cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- You must be able to speak German and French confidently.
