An international cryptocurrency firm is currently seeking a Board-level Chief Compliance & Risk Officer to be based in its Luxembourg office. Reporting directly to the CEO, you can expect significant exposure and autonomy in this role.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Risk and Compliance matters.
- Lead the department and manage a team of risk and compliance professionals.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the firm’s compliance and risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Deliver training and guidance to employees on compliance, conduct, and risk-related matters.
- Ensure the firm upholds a strong culture of compliance, integrity, and accountability.
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have strong knowledge of cryptocurrency regulations such as MiCA.
- Possess over 10 years’ experience in Compliance and/or Risk functions.
- Demonstrate proven leadership experience, ideally at Board level.
