Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Program Manager / Program Director Consultant (Core Banking System Transformation):
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of a Core Banking System (CBS) transformation program, ensuring alignment with business and IT objectives.
- Lead and coordinate a team of around 20 members across multiple workstreams (business analysts, developers, testing specialists, project coordinators, etc.).
- Implement and maintain program governance, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and budgets.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, effective integration, and quality outcomes.
- Support requirements gathering, functional analysis, testing, and cutover activities to ensure business readiness.
- Ensure program compliance with regulatory and security requirements (Basel III, IFRS, DORA, local regulations).
- Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular progress reporting to project sponsors and senior management.
- Oversee change management activities, including training, process redesign, and operational readiness.
- Ensure smooth transition from project mode to BAU operations after migration.
How do we imagine our future Program Manager / Program Director Consultant (Core Banking System Transformation)?
- 10+ years of experience in financial services, including at least 6–8 years managing large-scale transformation or migration programs.
- Proven experience leading teams of 20+ members across business and IT functions.
- Strong track record of delivering core banking system changes (migration, upgrade, or implementation).
- Previous exposure to major CBS platforms such as Temenos T24/Transact, Avaloq, Oracle Flexcube, Infosys Finacle, Mambu, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of banking operations across customer accounts, deposits, loans, payments, settlements, and regulatory reporting.
- Expertise in program governance, risk management, vendor coordination, and budget oversight.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to banking (Basel III, IFRS, DORA, etc.).
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional and international teams.
- Knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and program management frameworks (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- Fluency in English; French or German is considered an asset.
