As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be a key part of our Product Analytics & Conversion Rate Optimization team. You will use your expertise in statistics, experimental design, and AI/ML to optimize our websites, photo editor applications, and marketing efforts. This role is a unique opportunity to help shape our data science practice as we continue to grow and build our capabilities.
How You Embrace Curiosity Daily
- Research, design, and build sophisticated AI/ML models to solve complex business problems
- Develop and implement advanced analytics methodologies to accurately measure the effects of our initiatives
- Work with stakeholders to understand business goals and take ownership of projects from start to finish
- Build models using best practices for MLOps and Data Science
- Collaborate with product owners, analysts, and ML engineers to align on project goals and technical solutions
- Identify and propose new data science solutions and analytics methodologies
- Deliver tangible business value by connecting your analytical findings to commercial outcomes
- Take ownership of the entire machine learning lifecycle from data cleaning to model deployment and monitoring
- Influence the future of our data science practice by identifying opportunities to improve our MLOps platform and data infrastructure
- Ensure the smooth operationalization of your work by preparing clear requirements for data and ML engineering teams
- 3-5 years of experience in a data science role within a commercial environment
- Hands-on experience with the full machine learning lifecycle
- Proven expertise in experimental design, causal inference, and advanced statistical analysis
- Experience with collaborative code development, including version control and code review
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), SQL, Snowflake, and MLFlow
- Strong business intuition and communication skills
- A Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative field like Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics
- Experience with web analytics data such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
