Join a fast-growing global leader in portable onboard passenger entertainment and inflight connectivity solutions. Since its founding in 2011 in The Hague, this aviation technology innovator has redefined the passenger experience by delivering cost-effective digital entertainment, ancillary sales platforms, and cutting-edge connectivity services to airlines and other passenger transport operators worldwide.
As Customer Success Manager / Project Manager, you will be the primary driver of a seamless customer journey-from onboarding through long-term engagement. You'll guide airlines through the adoption of next-generation inflight entertainment and connectivity services (including LEO satellite and mobile crew sales solutions), ensuring every implementation is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
You'll collaborate closely with internal teams-developers, architects, testers, product owners-and external partners across cultures and time zones. After a successful go-live, you'll nurture customer relationships to maximize satisfaction, identify up-/cross-sell opportunities, and monitor ongoing revenue streams.
Act as the main customer contact from the sales phase through post-implementation.
Translate customer requirements into clear project scopes and deliverables.
Create detailed project plans, manage risks, and drive execution across all stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops with development teams and oversee change management.
Provide intensive post-launch support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Train customer teams and share relevant collateral.
Manage operational and financial aspects, including licensing, content usage, and fleet updates.
Foster customer loyalty by increasing lifetime value and reducing churn.
Identify and pursue business development opportunities.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
3+ years' experience in project or program management, inside sales, or similar roles with a track record of successful project delivery.
Strong sales acumen and customer relationship management skills.
Professional fluency in English and Spanish and/or French (Dutch is a plus).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and an affinity for technology.
Excellent analytical thinking, structured working style, and attention to detail.
Confident communicator able to bridge cultural differences and influence stakeholders.
Self-driven, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure.
