Overview
The Agile Coach 2 engages with teams and stakeholders in the organization to promote a Lean-Agile mindset. This role serves as a trusted educator and consultant to teams and team leadership ensuring the consistent application of Lean-Agile best practices and tools.
What you will be doing
- Evangelize Lean-Agile values and principles across the organization to influence business agility
- Guide low-complexity teams and/or small departments/programs in designing methods of visualizing and collaboratively managing their work
- Plan and facilitate team meetings for the purpose of decision making idea generation planning continuous improvement problem solving and alignment
- Promote continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle leveraging metrics to identify and drive intentional change
- Participate in Center of Excellence/Community of Practice activities and apply learnings to Lean-Agile practices when working with teams

What will make you successful
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience as a Lean-Agile practitioner
- First level Scrum Master certification (PSM I CSM)
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good collaborative skills applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
- Good oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
- Good conflict management interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good facilitation and project management skill
- Ability to teach Lean-Agile concepts
- Act as a servant leader to project teams-open minded listens empathizes influences without formal authority and thinks beyond the day-to-day activities
- Good ability to influence motivate and mobilize team members and business partners
- Good ability to develop and use engaging informative and compelling presentation methodologies
- Good ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact
- Knowledge of lean and agile concepts and frameworks
- Up to 10% travel time required
