Recruitment Project Manager

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for “Recruitment Project Manager” who will support multiple projects within our major existing clients.

• Bachelor's or master's degree from related departments,
• 4+ years of experience in field hiring and blue-collar recruitment, preferably with HR Consultancy firm experience,
• Knowledge in the design and structure of the recruiting area,
• Fluent written and spoken English,
• Good capability of MS Office (Excel,Word,Powerpoint) skills,
• Having ability for analytical thinking, communication and team skills,consulting skills as well as a structured and success-oriented way of working.

Responsibilities:

• Guarantees that the specialized core profiles sourcing processes, carried out by the project team, are efficiently and effectively managed in the assigned specialization;
• Responsible for the constant updating of the core profiles list, in line with local markets trends;
• Supervises the development of the specialized core profiles database;
• Periodically analyses and verifies KPIs related to the performance of the on-site project team;
• Build professional relationships inside his/her sector and is fully updated on the specialization processes and business units developed by competitors;
• Guarantees that sourcing channels and tools are aligned with the selected core profiles and makes a constant scouting on the market for new channels;
• Collects and shares best practices in the sourcing and recruiting fields;
• Constantly updated on the latest professional development and trends related to the sourcing and recruitment areas, as well as related to the selected profiles’ specializations;
• Cooperates with the local sales and operations teams to design processes and procedures aimed to maximize business opportunities with clients and excellent candidate management practices;
• For some specific and complex delivery projects, supports the sales force during the visits to the client for the service design and presentation, implementation and KPIs definition.
