Mellon Systems and Services d.o.o seeks to hire an ATM Software Specialist to join our FinTech team and work with leading banks across Southeastern Europe!
Responsibilities
- Develop & support ATM applications (NDC, KAL/K3A, Agilis, ProCash)
- Integrate ATM solutions with EMV and ISO8583 systems
- Ensure smooth ATM operations by monitoring performance and resolving incidents promptly
- Perform software upgrades, patches, and testing to ensure system reliability and security
- Support project implementation, including piloting and rollout of ATM software solutions
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing timely resolution and root-cause analysis
- Collaborate with internal team and clients to deliver customized ATM functionalities
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and client requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in ATM software development, integration, or support within banking or fintech environments
- Knowledge of EMV standards, ATM applications, and transaction processing systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
