Your Mission

You will build, operate and optimise our Kubernetes-based container platform and ensure that it is scalable, secure and developer-friendly. This is not just about technology, but about giving teams the freedom to focus on developing software while you provide a stable, automated foundation. From architecture and CI/CD pipelines to the integration of new tools, you will design the infrastructure that makes modern applications fluid, resilient and future-proof.

Specific tasks:

• Kubernetes mastery: Design, operate and evolve our container platform – from architecture to fine-tuning.
• CI/CD as the backbone: Build and optimise GitOps pipelines (GitLab, ArgoCD) that enable smooth deployments – without friction losses.
• Toolchain innovation: Evaluate and integrate new technologies that make our cluster solution smarter (e.g. Crossplane).
• Containerisation with foresight: Supports teams in migrating applications for Kubernetes – with a focus on scalability and resilience.

• Systematic problem solving: You analyse errors methodically, find pragmatic solutions, and know when to make decisions yourself and when teamwork makes the difference.
