As Lead Product Designer, you will:

• Define and champion the design vision and strategy across multiple product teams.
• Lead end-to-end design processes: discovery, research, ideation, prototyping, validation, and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure design excellence and product alignment.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system that supports consistent and efficient product development.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure decisions are data-driven and user-centered.
• Mentor and coach designers, fostering a culture of creativity, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Present and communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels, including executives.

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design, including at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX excellence across complex digital products.
• Expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar) and prototyping.
• Experience building and scaling design systems.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence product strategy.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• A user-centered mindset paired with strong business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills in [English / local language].
