About the job:

As a Jr. Human Resources Officer, you will provide essential administrative support to the HR department, helping maintain employee records, assisting in the payroll coordination, and giving support in various HR processes. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-oriented, and eager to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Give support in the creation and review of HR documents, including contracts.
  • Assist in preparing payroll documents for both administration staff and faculty members and making sure payroll is ready, correct and paid on time.
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees and external parties.
  • Help organize training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance review processes.
  • Ensure HR procedures are in compliance with applicable policies and data privacy regulations.


About you:

You’ll need to show customer service skills, to be a team worker, good communicator, organized and methodical.


In this varied role, you’ll work with teams across the business school, so you’ll have to enjoy working in an international environment and show the ability to cope well with changing priorities and a varied workload.


You’ll also need:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR support role, and knowledge of Spanish labor regulations.
  • Preferable experience in Spanish payroll.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems or tools (e.g. Oracle).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously but as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required; additional languages are a plus.
