Our global end Client is now looking for its Head of IT Security (French speaking) to drive and evolve the organisation’s security strategy across infrastructure, access management, network controls, and compliance. This role requires both depth and breadth in cybersecurity, with a strong track record of leading teams and delivering results across complex environments. The position is strategic but hands-on, with close collaboration across IT, operations, and business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing IT security team across domains such as engineering, IAM, and Governance.
• Own the security roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory expectations.
• Guide implementation of technical controls across infrastructure, endpoints, and identity platforms.
• Drive governance, risk, and compliance efforts, including audits, policies, and internal control frameworks.
• Partner with architecture, operations, and project teams to ensure security-by-design principles are embedded across initiatives.
• Serve as an internal advisor on risk posture, threat landscape, and security-related decisions.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience in IT security, with a solid foundation in infrastructure, network, and access control.
• At least 5 years of direct people management experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance development.
• Strong command of industry standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
• Experience navigating complex environments with multiple stakeholders and legacy systems.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent French + good English
