Role Description

We are looking for a motivated Network Security Operator with a strong interest in network security and a willingness to learn, to join our Network Security team.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and remove firewall filtering rules based on service tickets.
• Apply security configurations and hardening measures on new firewalls.
• Update technical documentation for all implemented changes.
• Collaborate with the Network Security team and other IT teams to implement requirements.
• Provide daily operational support for firewall administration.

Responsibilities

• Basic knowledge of network administration and IT security.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ASA and Cisco Firepower (FMC) – mandatory.
• Familiarity with firewalling concepts, ACLs, and basic routing.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Certifications such as CCNA (preferably CCNA Security) are a plus.
