We’re looking for a high-impact consultant who can take ownership and drive projects forward in the fast-moving energy tech domain. This is not just another senior developer role – we need someone with principal/staff-level experience who thrives in startup environments, can navigate complexity, and isn’t afraid to identify and remove blockers to get things done.

We’re building a platform that helps both residential and industry customers optimize their energy usage. By connecting devices such as solar panels, home batteries, and EV chargers, we operate them centrally and intelligently. With machine learning models, we predict and act on energy flows – for example, storing solar energy for later consumption or balancing peak usage.
We already integrate with a few energy partners, but need to expand with new providers. You’ll play a key role in understanding partner capabilities and bringing those integrations to life.
What You’ll Do
About The Platform

What You’ll Do
- Drive the integration of new energy providers/partners into our platform.
- Own and deliver end-to-end solutions in Golang, from design to deployment.
- Optimize electricity consumption by leveraging solar panels, batteries, and EV charging.
- Navigate complexity, identify blockers, and proactively remove them.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure a smooth partner integration process.
- Work in a high-load environment where devices send data continuously.
- Principal/Staff Engineer/Senior Engineer background
- Strong expertise in Golang (Go).
- Proven experience leading and running projects with high ownership.
- Startup experience – comfortable with fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Ability to navigate across teams, partners, and challenges.
- Cloud experience (AWS or GCP).
- Experience with data pipelines (BigQuery, etc.).
- Handling asynchronous processing and high-load data streams.
