Junior Interaction Designer

Right now, we’re looking to strengthen our UX/UI team with a Junior Interaction Designer to collaborate with our cross-functional teams. As our products evolve from wired devices into fully connected digital experiences, UX/UI plays a crucial role in creating seamless integration across hardware, software, and firmware.

What You’ll Do

As a Junior Interaction Designer, you’ll learn to navigate the Marshall hybrid product development process—spanning hardware and software—and, with guidance from Senior Designers, help deliver engaging experiences across Marshall’s product categories. You’ll be part of the Experience Design Team, led by our Vice President of Design & Packaging.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop high-level design concepts, considering the transition and interplay between hardware and apps, based on creative direction from Senior Designers.

Build wireframes, interface mockups, prototypes, and user flows that communicate your concepts or respond to product briefs.

Collaborate with Industrial Designers and Digital UX/UI Designers to support the transition of concepts into engineering teams and ODMs.

Work closely with our User Insights team to collect and analyze feedback.

Report directly to the Senior UX/UI Design Manager.

This role is based at our HQ in Stockholm.

You are a collaborative, product-minded designer with a mix of design and technical skills. You bring curiosity, creativity, and a can-do attitude. Self-motivated and structured, you can translate creative direction into functional, beautiful prototypes, always keeping the goal of creating outstanding products in mind.

You Probably Have The Following Experiences & Skills

• Experience in areas such as user interface design, UX/UI design for apps, 3D CAD modelling, or electronics prototyping.
• A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interaction Design or a related field
• You live by “show, don’t tell”, using prototypes and mockups to communicate solutions.
• You value user insights and want to strengthen your design instinct through data and feedback.
• You are structured, detail-oriented, and reliable in your daily work.
• Working proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• You thrive in teamwork and have excellent communication skills.
