Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle for physical POS, Virtual POS, Mobile POS, SoftPOS, Wallet, and OKC solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear, prioritized requirements for technical teams and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Manage product backlog, create and maintain roadmap, and adjust scope and timelines based on evolving priorities.
• Lead UAT, integration, pilot, and production launch processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with customer support, legal, risk, operations, and other stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Drive scope definition, feasibility analysis, and documentation of business requirements.
• Oversee vendor integrations including transaction services, bank APIs, and low-code platform development.
• Manage onboarding processes for merchants, reconciliation processes, reporting workflows, and field operations including site installations.
• Lead UI/UX flow creation, test planning, and approval of user manuals/documentation.
• Support acquisition of new merchants and assist in contracts and stakeholder management.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, profitability, and campaign modules for POS solutions.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in payments, POS, or related financial technology products.
• Strong understanding of fiscal regulations (e.g., VUK 507) and new generation ÖKC requirements.
• Hands-on experience in vendor management and technical integration.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
