You’ll:

• Craft a category-defining product from day one
• Shape brand and product strategy directly with the founders
• Build and own our design system, setting the visual DNA of Hirehoot

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end product design from discovery and user flows to polished UI and a scalable design system
• Turn complex hiring workflows into simple, beautiful experiences
• Collaborate with founders, engineers, and marketers to launch features fast
• Run user research, validate ideas, and iterate quickly
• Establish and evolve Hirehoot’s design language across web and mobile

About You

• You’re a creator and problem-solver who loves shaping products from zero to one
• You see design as strategy, not decoration thinking in systems, not just screens
• You’re comfortable with chaos and excited by the pace of an early-stage startup
• You speak the language of founders and engineers, turning ideas into beautiful, usable flows
• You care deeply about user experience and accessibility, and you’re obsessed with simplicity
• You want real ownership and the chance to leave your fingerprint on a product that scales globally
• You believe great design can change how people hire and work—and you want to prove it

What We’re Looking For

• Strong product design (UX/UI) experience for web or SaaS platforms
• Proficiency in Figma, rapid prototyping, and design systems
• Startup mindset: hands-on, curious, iterative, and comfortable with ambiguity
• A portfolio that shows clean, thoughtful design and problem-solving
• Bonus: experience in HRTech, marketplaces, or B2B platforms
