What awaits you in this role
We are looking for a colleague for our People & Culture Team !
- Contribute to the design, planning, and implementation of all Compensation & Benefits Management processes & strategies such as salary surveys, pay policy, annual salary increases, bonus calculations, adjustments, job evaluations, benchmark analyses, grading systems, flexible benefits, and strategic workforce planning,
- Research best practices & trends and analyze the effectiveness and competitiveness of current compensation and benefits programs & models,
- Support budget planning by monitoring actuals, conducting variance (bridge) analyses, running alternative scenarios, and reporting insights to senior management,
- Monitor workforce data and market trends to develop models that contribute to strategic workforce planning,
- Collaborate closely with HR teams and business partners to support end-to-end process management,
- Actively take part in HR projects; prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, statistics, and presentations,
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication and cooperation while offering solution-oriented approaches,
- Track and improve responsible processes and contribute to automation initiatives when necessary.
What we expect
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field,
- At least 4 years of experience in compensation & benefits, budgeting, reporting, or related HR fields,
- Experience in budgeting, analytical processes, reporting, and strong interest in People & Culture,
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel; preferably with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, SAP, etc.),
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization,
- Analytical mindset with strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
