What You’ll Be Doing:

• Game Development Mastery: Develop high-quality, engaging games using the Unity game engine for both mobile and PC platforms.
• Architectural Vision: Design robust and scalable game architectures and execute clean, maintainable, and performant code.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, ensuring high standards in coding and technical execution.
• Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with product managers, designers, and artists to bring creative game concepts to life.
• Problem-Solving Expertise: Identify and solve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks to optimize user experience.
• Innovation and Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, new tools, and technologies to continually enhance our development practices.

Desired Skills and Experiences:

• Experienced Game Developer: 5+ years of professional experience in Unity game development.
• C# Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of C# programming.
• Technical Excellence: Deep understanding of OOP principles, software architecture, and performance optimization.
• Collaborative Communicator: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Version Control: Extensive experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Bonus Qualifications: Experience with multiplayer game development, shader programming, graphics optimization, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
