Business Analytics Team Member

What do we expect you to bring?

• Bachelor's degree from a university (preferably in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, etc.)
• Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel
• Preferably knowledgeable in SAS and SQL
• Preferably experienced in Microsoft CRM Dynamics
• Good command of English
• Strong communication skill
  
  

How can you make an impact?

• Identifying data needs to enhance sales activities, ensuring coordination between relevant teams and field sales management, and developing data models accordingly
• Uploading and reporting the necessary data for sales teams into the CRM Dynamics system and preparing performance monitoring dashboards
• Defining and monitoring rule sets for the flow of referrals from sources such as bank branches and websites into the CRM system, creating queue structures, tracking performance, and intervening in and resolving system-related issues
• Monitoring processes and managing flows such as request, development, and testing with related teams to enable more effective use of the CRM system by sales teams
• Developing BI tools to improve the efficiency of reporting systems, and managing the associated request, development, and testing processes with relevant departments
• Conducting data analyses and reporting using tools such as SAS, SQL, and Excel to improve the performance of Bancassurance channels
• Sharing prepared reports with Sales and Channel Management teams, Field Teams, and partnered banks and financial institutions
• Conducting sector and competitor analyses to monitor market share by branches and products, and taking action plans based on these insights
• Managing the distribution of monthly sales targets, tracking production performance, calculating rewards and commissions, and executing promotion or warning-related processe
• Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.
