We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join a well-established technology consultancy with a strong presence across Norway, working with clients across industries to deliver impactful digital solutions

Role Overview:

You will work closely with clients to design, develop, and deliver modern software solutions that create real business value. Depending on your experience and interests, you may contribute to anything from greenfield product development to large-scale enterprise systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimise software applications using Java, Kotlin, or C#/.NET
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Design clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices
• Contribute to system architecture and solution design
• Mentor and support team members, sharing knowledge and best practices
• Stay current with emerging technologies and bring fresh ideas to client projects

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters in an IT-related subject
• At least 3+ years professional experience as a software engineer
• Strong hands-on skills in Java, Kotlin, or C#/.NET (experience with multiple is a plus)
• Good understanding of modern frameworks, APIs, and cloud-based development
• Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English and Norwegian
