The Role

As CTPO, you’ll lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Telaris’ ERP platform. This dual role combines product ownership and technology leadership – from defining the roadmap to building and scaling the R&D function. You’ll join the Management Team and report directly to the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver a clear product strategy and roadmap
• Lead product innovation and agile development to ensure market relevance
• Oversee platform performance, uptime, scalability, and reliability
• Shorten time-to-market for new features and integrations
• Drive customer-centric improvements through NPS and CSAT insights
• Build and mentor a high-performing R&D and product team
• Ensure compliance, data privacy, and security standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align tech and product initiatives with growth goals

Who You Are

We’re looking for a seasoned leader with:

• 10+ years in senior product and/or technology leadership roles within SaaS or ERP
• Proven track record in scaling platforms, product innovation, and market expansion
• Fluent in English and Norwegian, with eligibility to work in Norway
• Strong understanding of SaaS models, ERP workflows, cloud architectures, agile methodologies
• Experience with post-M&A integration is a plus
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
