The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing user interface components using React.js, ensuring that these components and the overall application are robust, secure, and easy to maintain. Responsibilities
- Develop new user-facing features using React.js.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
- Implement security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with compliance officers to understand and integrate regulatory requirements.
- Perform code reviews and maintain code quality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure applications are current and competitive.
- Proven experience as a React JS Developer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with risk management tools and practices.
