Job Description

Product Designer will be part of the Design team within the Digital Office organization. The Product Designer will be responsible of designing Digital Experiences and flows based on Design best practices, Design patterns and principles. and guiding the development of content. He/she is responsible for creating visual components as part of the digital experience to deliver. He/she will be collaborating with a team of multidisciplinary designers, researchers, technologists, and business partners

Key Responsibilities:

Creating wireframes based as per requirements.
In collaboration with Designers, Researchers and UI engineers, co-create UX within Agile delivery mode. Leading workshops with various stakeholders with the objective of requirements clarification and refinement needed for design decisions.
Conducts user testing activities to learn and refine the user needs, preferences, objectives and vocabulary. This includes card-sorting activities, treejack testing, focus groups and other techniques as required.
Assessment of existing digital experiences in terms of UX consistency, information architecture, navigation and classification effectiveness.
Collaborate with other designers and business stakeholders in shaping digital experiences
Co-create digital experiences with the support of other designers
Communicates and articulates design decisions
Attention to visual details and organization.
Collaborate with Front-end engineers, by taking and providing comments, and integrate those comments into the HQ designs
Interact with business analysts and product owner for business requirements gathering, communicating the designs, supporting the business in expressing the product specifications from a design perspective
Able to take constructive criticisms and adjust the designs accordingly.

Key Requirements:

Holding a degree in Graphic design, interactive media design or similar
Design Thinking, Creative outputs and experience of industry standard software & Prototyping tools
6 months working in financial services
3 years experience in a product design role or similar
Impressive and varied design portfolio
Experience designing assets and markup for web – HTML 5 + CSS3
Human Centered Design Practises,
Designing for Native app UI
Designing for web
Sketching and drawing skills
3D and Visualisation skills using Cinema 4D or similar
Critical thinking, ability to learn about business practices such as Lab research methods, emerging Design principles and use of analytical or user testing tools, great people and presentation skills
