About the Role

Join our Digital Energy team in Oslo, a multicultural and dynamic environment where innovation meets impact. As a Junior Project Officer, you will support business operations and service delivery across Norway, helping structure processes and drive performance.

 

Your Missions

  • Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and alignment with business goals
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance workflows and customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to financial planning, cost control, and revenue forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and sustainability goals
  • Support digital transformation initiatives and tool integration
  • Act as a bridge between local teams and regional/global stakeholders

Education: Master’s degree in business administration /engineering degree, or related field

Ideal: Dual background in engineering and business, with a commercial mindset

Experience: Previous experience in business operations, data analysis, or process improvement is a plus

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools
  • Understanding of KPIs and financial metrics
  • Digital mindset and interest in automation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally

Languages:

  • Fluent in English
  • Nordic languages are a plus

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and eager to learn
  • Team player with a customer-focused mindset
