About the Role
Join our Digital Energy team in Oslo, a multicultural and dynamic environment where innovation meets impact. As a Junior Project Officer, you will support business operations and service delivery across Norway, helping structure processes and drive performance.
Your Missions
- Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and alignment with business goals
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance workflows and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to financial planning, cost control, and revenue forecasting
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and sustainability goals
- Support digital transformation initiatives and tool integration
- Act as a bridge between local teams and regional/global stakeholders
Education: Master’s degree in business administration /engineering degree, or related field
Ideal: Dual background in engineering and business, with a commercial mindset
Experience: Previous experience in business operations, data analysis, or process improvement is a plus
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools
- Understanding of KPIs and financial metrics
- Digital mindset and interest in automation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
Languages:
- Fluent in English
- Nordic languages are a plus
