Senior Manager Information Security

Operating across multiple regions, you'll play a key role in safeguarding a high-availability, low-latency infrastructure that powers millions of trades daily.

Preference will be for someone already based in United Arab Emirates with excellent experiences in information security within high-stakes, regulated environments (financial services/fintech preferred).

What You'll Do

🔐 Drive governance, risk, and compliance (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GDPR) across our trading operations

🛡️ Lead incident response and ensure resilience across cloud, endpoints, and applications

🌐 Strengthen controls around cloud (AWS), identity, email, and endpoint security

📊 Oversee security audits, third-party risk, and regulatory compliance

📣 Champion a strong security culture through awareness and training initiatives

📈 Deliver clear, data-driven reporting to senior leadership

What You Bring

✔️ 5–8+ years in information security within high-stakes, regulated environments (financial services/fintech preferred)

✔️ Strong command of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GDPR, and cloud security best practices

✔️ Experience with SIEM, incident response, and vulnerability management

✔️ Technical know-how in AWS, endpoint/email security, and access management

✔️ Confident communicator with the ability to translate technical risks into business impact
