Digital Partnerships Manager is responsible for driving a strategic landscape for set of Digital Partners working closely with Leadership teams for our Internal Businesses and External Partners across 4 key portfolios – Government / Academia / Corporates / Fintech Partners. This includes defining the 3-year strategy roadmap for each of the Partners within a portfolio, account management, strategy definition, planning, identifying the engagements that provide business value to ENBD group linked to the Partnership Operating model, communication with Business Leaders and Partners and reporting to relevant Stakeholders as part of the Strategic Partnership Engagement plan.

Digital Partnerships Manager will ensure smooth coordination within various teams in ENBD Group to drive business value and a win-win proposition for our Business Leaders and Partners.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive the strategic partnership engagement plans for Internal business stakeholders as well as external partners
  • The Digital Partnership Manager would be responsible for a set of partners in the current classification of partners - Academia, Technology Partners, Government entities, ENBD Group Business Leaders, Incubators & Accelerators, Fintechs, Startups
  • Participate in initiatives to optimize current investments and co-create future solutions in alignment with Business and Partners
  • Business Partner Management for assigned domains.
  • Establish strong relationships with key partners and suppliers to ensure effective delivery of out-sourced work, products or services.
  • Manage outsourced vendors to ensure availability of resources, meeting of timelines and other project details are in accordance of agreed work order and contract details.
  • Identify the Partner strengths, mapped to the Internal Business domain’s areas of improvemen
  • Strategize with the Business leaders and Partners to agree on the key priorities that provide optimal business value and present them for approval.
  • Drive the approved strategic engagements with the relevant stakeholders in the organization.
  • Manage & mitigate program / project issues and risks.
  • Manage program / project resources and team.
  • Manage program / project board and stakeholders.
  • Identify program / project resources needs and communicate to Business sponsor(s)
  • Ensure availability of resources, meeting of timelines and other project details.
  • Ensure programs / projects are aligned to and deliver against the Business objectives
  • Be accountable for creation of detailed business requirements document.
  • Convene and lead the regular program / project steering committee meetings
  • Perform appropriate level of stakeholder management across Business and Partners
  • Serve as highest project internal escalation level
  • Take appropriate actions if deadlines, quality or budget are significantly at risk.
  • Documentation of Business processes as required by Business, HR, Legal & Procurement standards.
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, in accordance with defined quality management practices, to achieve common objectives.
  • Ensure maintaining Data confidentiality.
  • Work with Partners and Business Leaders to identify areas of Knowledge expansion
  • Drive opportunities internally and externally to expose Research driven, Data driven, Centers of Excellence driven engagements
  • Drive thought leadership in the industry across Financial and Technology services


Required Qualifications:

  • Good experience in Account Management / Digital Partnership Management in Enterprise class organizations
  • Good understanding of the Banking domains with core focus on at least 2 of the business verticals
  • Managing multiple program / project teams.
  • Good understanding of the Technical Application Architecture and Design
  • Good understanding to the Technical Application Security, compliance, and Audit requirements
  • Relevant Digital and Technical skills and experience within Business and Technology Management end to end
  • Leadership and program management
  • Conceptual Thinking, Strategic Orientation, Team Leadership, Analytical Thinking, Innovation, Flexibility, Integrity.
  • 5 to 8 years IT based degree, university degree, or equivalent work experience required
  • Prince 2, PMP, ITIL
