We are a leading Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) with an expanding footprint in the UAE and international markets. Our business delivers innovative telecom services to a wide range of customers, including individuals and businesses, by leveraging advanced mobile technology. We’re looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our team and drive the successful delivery of strategic telecom projects.


Job Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects related to the launch and continuous improvement of our MVNO services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (technology, operations, marketing, and customer service) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the telecom industry, with a focus on MVNOs or mobile network technologies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution:
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, deliverables, resource allocation, and budgets, to guide projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Manage all aspects of project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead regular project meetings with cross-functional teams to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Ensure that all stakeholders (executive, technical, and operational teams) are informed and engaged in project decisions.
  • Risk Management:
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks, including technical, operational, and financial risks.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Resource Management:
  • Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects, ensuring proper utilization of internal teams and external vendors.
  • Monitor and ensure that resources are used efficiently and adjust resource allocation as needed to meet project demands.
  • Quality Control:
  • Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards and align with the company’s operational and strategic objectives.
  • Work with relevant teams to implement quality assurance processes, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables are on target.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and status updates.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and performance metrics.
  • Budget Management:
  • Develop project budgets and ensure strict adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Track project expenses and provide regular financial updates to management, highlighting any discrepancies or variances.
  • Change Management:
  • Manage scope changes and ensure that any adjustments are properly documented, communicated, and approved.
  • Implement change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new systems or services post-launch.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) are highly preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the telecom industry, with a focus on MVNO or mobile networks.
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end telecom projects, including network integration, service launches, and customer-facing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of MVNO business models, mobile network operations, and telecom technologies (e.g., core network, OSS/BSS, CRM systems, etc.).
  • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams, including vendors, technical staff, and cross-functional business units.
  • Skills:
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of telecom industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
