Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of real estate projects, from initial planning and design through construction, and final handover.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
• Develop, monitor, and control project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects stay within approved parameters.
• Negotiate contracts with service providers, manage consultant deliverables, and ensure high-quality work from all parties.
• Ensure all projects comply with local Dubai zoning laws, building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project delays or cost overruns.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports, updates, and project documentation to senior management and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project.
• Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the project to maintain project momentum.

Candidate Profile:

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
• Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, regulations, and local dynamics is highly beneficial.
• Strong ability to lead and motivate diverse project teams.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and resolve conflicts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
