The Business Intelligence & Analytics Associate Director is a key role responsible for spearheading the development, management, and successful execution of cutting-edge business intelligence (BI) and analytics initiatives. As an integral leader within the organization, the role demands a visionary approach to leveraging technology and data to disrupt markets, enhance customer experiences, and drive unprecedented business growth. This leader will drive innovation and transformation across the organization by leveraging data and analytics to create data products that provide actionable insights, improve decision-making, and enhance customer experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chief Data & Analytics Officer (CDAO) in developing and executing a comprehensive BI & Analytics strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business goals and digital agenda.
• Lead the exploration and incorporation of Business Intelligence and Analytics technologies into use cases to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, ensuring BI & Analytics initiatives are closely aligned with key business priorities and deliver measurable ROI.
• Regularly brief executive leadership on the status, progress, and outcomes of BI & Analytics initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment and securing ongoing support and investment.
• Lead strategic forecast activities, using BI & Analytics to identify future trends and scenarios that could impact the organization, and develop proactive strategies to capitalize on these insights.
• Lead the BI & Analytics function, setting clear objectives and metrics for success, and driving the adoption of analytics across the organization.
• Champion the development of proprietary BI & Analytics tools that can provide the organization with unique insights and competitive advantages.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for leveraging BI & Analytics to create new business models, enhance customer experiences, and improve operational efficiencies.
• Spearhead the development and deployment of cutting-edge BI tools and Analytics technologies, ensuring they deliver tangible business value.
• Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment on BI & Analytics initiatives and to foster a data-driven culture.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team, providing insights and recommendations on the strategic use of BI & Analytics to drive business outcomes.
• Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing team of BI & Analytics professionals, creating an environment that supports innovation and professional growth.
• Champion continuous learning and development within the BI & Analytics team, ensuring they stay abreast of the latest technologies and methodologies.
• Support the development and implementation of robust data governance policies and practices, ensuring the ethical use of data and Analytics technologies.
• Promote transparency, accountability, and fairness in Analytics applications, addressing potential biases and ethical concerns proactively.

Credentials and Experience:

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence & Analytics roles
• Strong hands-on experience with BI tools specifically Power BI & Power BI Report Builder
• A record of continuous learning and self-development in BI & Analytics, and data management in general
